Project Flow Description

This crm project basically developed for Evex Global orgnization for manage his event. In this crm there are 6 users thoes are Admin, Super Admin, Co-ordinator, DB Manager, BD and Marketing, CS and Marcom. Each user has different work. Which is explain below.

Admin and Super Admin both have same work. They only control the other user and taking feedback from user about event. They can add new user and remove existing user from crm system.

DB Manager is main part of crm system because DB Manager is who add new user in crm system the user will be BD and Marketing, CS and Marcom, Co-ordinator etc. He only add new user but can not remove from crm admin only can renmove them.

This is anather important user in crm system because Co-ordinator will asign new event to BD and Marketing, CS and Marcom. He will solve all event related issue. He is communicate with all thoes user who actually handle the event. Getting event related feedback.

Co-ordinator assign event to BD and Marketing and CS and Marcom. They are actually handle the events. They are coordinates with client. Give feedback related event.
